Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

• We accept return requests via email at ipnosi.shop@gmail.com. 
• A prepaid shipping label will be sent via email. 
• Once we receive your returned order we will make every effort to have your return processed as quickly as possible, but please allow 10 days for your refund to be issued back to your account.
• Returned items must have all original tags intact and be in original, unworn condition. Refunds will not be issued for any items not meeting these requirements.
• Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment and the return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. 
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unduly repetitive return requests.

Exchanges  

• If your purchase does not fit or you wish to exchange it for another item please email us at ipnosi.shop@gmail.com. 
• A prepaid shipping label will be sent via email. 
• Once we receive your order we will make every effort process your exchange as quickly as possible, but please allow a 2 weeks for a complete turn around. 
• A nominal shipping fee will be charged for the new item. 

Sale Items

• Sale items are non-refundable. If a sale item does not fit we will accept an exchange for a different size of the same item. If the item is no longer available in the requested size we will issue you a credit which can be used toward your next purchase. Shipping costs for the exchange of the sale item or items is the responsibility of the customer.
